Where is Shamrock The Block this year?

The event stretches down Leigh Street from Bowtie Cinemas to the Bon Secours Training Facility. 

 
What are the times for Shamrock The Block?

12pm-6pm

What about the drinks?

Drink Tickets will be sold from 12pm-5pm (we reserve the right to close ticket sales early or extend times).
Last Drink poured will be at 5:30pm (we reserve the right to close beer/drink/liqour early or extend times).
All sales are final. 

So what about those golden beverages?

There will be several types of beer available, as well as wine and cocktails. Make sure you bring your ID and a designated driver...Please Drink Responsibly. Outside alcohol and coolers are NOT allowed and will be confiscated.
 
How much does it cost?

It's free to attend for all ages! Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the event area. Vendors will accept cash/credit cards.

 
Should I bring my kids?

Absolutely! We will have a great Kids Area with face-painting, bounces, games and more. Come early though; some lines can get long.

 
What about dogs?

We love pets and you should bring them. Please make sure your pet is leashed with proper shots and you have the appropriate "clean up after them" supplies.

 
Where can we park?

There are several lots surrounding the area. In addition, there is limited street parking throughout Scott's Addition. We encourage you to walk, ride share and use the GRTC bus system as well!


Are there any Ride Share/Drop-Off/Pick-Up areas?

Yes. We will have NO PARKING between the 2000-2300 Blk. W. Leigh Street (Both Sides) between Hermitage Road & Meyers Street. This area will be for Ride Share/Drop-Off/Pick-Up during Shamrock The Block.

What if it rains?

Bring your raincoat and boots! Who doesn't love to party in the rain? Unless it is unsafe, Shamrock The Block will always be a rain or shine event!

 
What about weapons?

No thanks! Leave them at home.
